The Tail Table works with any car that has a U-Latch in their trunk. The table uses a patented locking design to stabilize itself against the latch and then uses two adjustable braces to support the weight of the table (totally bumper tested and safe on finish).

We are in the process of retooling our factory to make the Tail Table cooler, stronger, and longer lasting and the next orders are expected to ship in June 2021 in time for summer. We offer free shipping within the United States. We will ship anywhere in the world at the most affordable rate we can find. If you are overseas, please inquire before placing an order.

There is a hook that links to the U-latch and then a supporting brace that clamps down on it. The lock is made for nearly any size U-latch which your car’s trunk or SUV’s tailgate latches down onto.

All components are made and assembled by our partner facility in Thaiwan.

The cutting board is Food safe HDPE (same as the cutting board in your home). The table portion is made from high strength nylon (plastic) with a food safe TPE rubberized top material for non-slip chopping mat capability.

It is 43" fully extended and 27" inches wide. It will fold down to 24L x 15W x 3D for carrying and storage.

Absolutely, wash it with some soap and water. The detachable cutting board is dishwasher safe. Pat dry all parts.

To keep your drinks and plates from sliding off, we recommend no more than a 5-degree canter from side to side or incline. You can adjust the feet as you’re setting it up for any situation.

The table has securely held 200 lbs at the center of the table.

We built this product to never break, but should it break, send our team a picture team@spaceinnovationlabs.com and we will help you repair or replace it.

No. The braces are padded for shock absorption and to reduce any scrapes or scuffs. We have stress-tested this with over 300lbs on the bumper and in many environments with no scrapes, scratches, or dents at all.

The Tail Table comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
